Congratulations to our Teacher of ThirD Term and Support Teacher of the Third Term!

Ms. Leah Lambert teaches 6th grade ELA. She works tirelessly to provide her students with the best possible instruction.

Ms. Brenda Briggs serves as our computer activity class teacher. She works hard to support her students and her fellow teachers.

Ms. Thompson is a Special Education teacher. She works tireless for her students and is truly invested in their success. Thank you Ms. Thompson for all that you do for our students and our school!

Mr. Carson truly does a little bit of everything for BMS.  He is a substitute teacher, bus driver, and great support person to help us get done anything and everything.  We thank you for all you have done for our students and teachers!

BMS is proud to congratulate Ms. Bobbie Nunnally, support person of the term, and Mr. Thomas Doherty, teacher of the term.  Officially, Ms. Nunnally is the BMS bookkeeper, but she always goes  above and beyond her job description to assist teachers and students in any way that she can.  Mr. Doherty is one of our special education teachers.  He works tirelessly to meet the needs of all of our BMS students.  Thank you Ms. Nunnally and Mr. Doherty for everything that you do for BMS.

BMS Celebrates AR Success

Students who met 100% of their AR goal celebrated their success with a new book and some pizza on Friday, October 26th.  Great job readers!

BMS Robotics Team:


The BMS Robotics team is currently building their robot and making preparations for their first competition of the season.  The team is sponsored by Hayley Hill, 6th grade ELA teacher, and Kaityln Young, 8th grad science teacher.  BMS is very proud of all of the progress this young team has made!

The BMS Cheer Squad looked fantastic during the homecoming pep rally.  The team is sponsored by Leah Lambert and Taylor Robinson.

The BMS football team got the school pumped up for our homecoming game during the pep rally.  The BMS football team is coached by Jeremy Jackson.

BMS Receives donation from Cargill

BMS wants to extend a big thank you to Cargill for donating $2,500 toward school improvements.  James Wilson, Cargill's representative, worked closely with BMS to understand the schools needs and finalize the donation.  We thank Mr. Wilson and Cargill for all they have done for our school!  The donation has been used to purchase new classroom desks for our students.
